To obtain the permit, you need a specialized septic inspection, and the county mandates pumping if the tank hasn’t been serviced in the last 12 months. Kyle and Emma were great! We had someone throw a rock down out cleanout, which caused a sewer backup. He was able to get out there promptly to diagnose the issue and come up with a plan. There were a lot of unfortunate obstacles which escalated the costs, but Kyle and Emma were able to work with me to come up with a payment plan that worked for both parties. I hope I don't have any further clogged sewer issues, but if I do, they will be my first call!
